Mobile Forms

Although our internet forms run offline, they must first be opened from an online forms library.

Our mobile forms technology allows forms to be opened, viewed, filled, and saved, in a fully offline mode - most usefully when used in the field on laptops, tablet PCs or Ultra Portable PDAs.

Each form is generated in a single self contained file, in which all form pages are encoded.

Mobile forms have all of the advanced features available with our internet versions.

Offline versions of forms can be supplied by our designers at your request, or for organisations that use  Enterprise Forms Server, the Administrator can give selected users the facility to use the server to generate offline forms for themselves.

An Administrator may also configure offline forms to have an self expiry date, to ensure that your users will regularly update their offline forms.

Partially completed forms stored on Enterprise Forms Server may also be saved on a laptop for completion in the field. When returning to the office, the forms server can be updated with the completed form.

Additional Modules for advanced mobile working

  • E-signing allows customers to sign completed forms in their own home, for 100% paper free form processes.

  • Our Evidence Collection module is designed for mobile working - fill in forms in the customer's home or business premises, then photograph documents (or anything else) save the form file which now includes photo attachments, and then submit the full package to the server when you return to the office. The form and evidence is now handled as one case.
