In various scenarios application forms need to be accompanied by evidence documentation – proof of identity, copies of wage slips, copies of contracts, copies of certificates, and so forth.

 

Our evidence collection module allows evidence to be either digitally photographed or scanned.

 

Image files are then labeled and attached to the form. When the form is submitted, the attached images are also submitted, and stored in the database as part of the same record.

 

The evidence collection procedure works with forms opened on the internet or offline for mobile working.

 

The evidence collection module works together with the Document System Integrator module – when a form image is sent to the document system, it will also be sent with any accompanying digitised evidence. This may be either as separate image files, or joined on to the form image as extra pages.

 

For rapid evidence collection, Victoria Forms integrates with Fuji, Cannon & Nikon digital camera drivers - our software connects to the cameras directly and automatically retrieves all new images. As evidence is photographed, it is previewed on screen, ready for acceptance or rejection.

 

This is an add-on for internet forms and mobile forms.

For Form Administrators

Staff and partners can collect evidence at the time of form filling. Enterprise Form Server stores the finished form & images together. Images are also exported to your document system with the form.

For Application Builders

When form data is returned to your application, attached images will be sent as well. Your application can then process them as required.
