Victoria Forms provides specialist design software for creating rich, detailed, professional looking forms and documents.

 

The forms design software package consists of two elements:

From Graphics Designer and Featuring Editor. 

 

Form Graphics Designer
	Graphics Designer is a WYSYWIG form graphics package used to design how E-form pages appear on screen and on paper. Using this powerful design tool, pixel perfect copies of existing paper forms can be created rapidly and with ease  More Details

	The Featuring Editor software is used to define the interactivity of forms. Add droplists, currency and date fields, calculations, display conditions, business rules, scripts, validation rules, help text, etc, to provide a rich user experience. More Details

The E-Forms Design Software Package is used to design blank form and document templates.

You can purchase the software, enabling you to design form templates in-house. Alternatively, our in-house design team is ready to design forms for you.

In a range of areas we have already created libraries of ready-made forms, which can be branded for your organisation, and up and running immediately.

Form Administrators

Forms templates are uploaded to the Enterprise Forms Server's library, making them available to staff, partners and website visitors.  Each form template can then, without modification, be deployed in a range of scenarios by your Forms Server:

• Opened and filled by users of unmodified web-browsers via the internet or intranet.
• Converted to a specialist format and opened in a browser and filled using screen-reading software (for visually impaired users).
• Downloaded to and run offline on laptops and tablet PCs for fully offline mobile working.
• Used in combination with other forms, and filled together as a multi-form package.
• Used to create populated PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and Gif versions for export to document image systems.

 

Application Developers

Form Templates designed by you or supplied by us, are then used by your application:

Desktop applications: Add our software components to you application, to enable it to open forms for population with data,  viewing, filling, printing, validating and returning captured data.

Server applications: Your application server, calls on our server components to:

• Render fillable forms to internet browsers for filling, validating, and capturing data.

• Present completed forms and documents to internet browsers for viewing and printing.

• Convert into PDF documents (flat and fillable).

Note: form template files may also be re-opened by the design software (above) for further editing.
